Delivery Small items
All small items (excluding furniture) are delivered by courier on a standard 2-3 day service.
All courier orders will be shipped within 2 days of receipt, subject to stock availability.
“Made to order” items such as lampshades, may take longer. We will contact you on receipt of your order to confirm the leadtime
The standard delivery charge for small items is £6.95 .
Delivery Large Furniture Items
Large furniture items are delivered either by our own delivery team or by our nominated furniture delivery specialist.
For deliveries within a 30 mile radius of Stamford we offer a 2 man delivery service .
Deliveries outside this area will be by 1 driver and therefore assistance will be required at the destination.
Delivery cost is based upon the distance from our Head Office. It is calculated according to your postcode and will be confirmed when you enter your postcode at the “Basket “ stage of the order process.
Please note that all of our bespoke tables and benches and hand painted chairs have a lead time of approx 6 weeks.
You also have the option of collecting your purchases from our head office in Stamford to save the cost of delivery/postage.
Refunds and Returns
We have confidence in the quality of our products and our delivery service. However we also know that there may be a time when you need to return something to us.
Please ensure that you check your items carefully on delivery. We also recommend that you keep your shipping delivery notice which will arrive with your delivery.
If you do change your mind :
Within 7 days please contact us. We will arrange to refund the purchase price of the goods. You can either post the goods to us or we can arrange a courier collection (the cost of which will be deducted from the refund)
The goods must arrive back with us in their original packaging (where applicable) and must be suitable for resale.
This option is not available for non-standard items made specifically for you.
If there is a fault with your goods :
Within 7 days please contact us. We will ask for a photo of the faulty item to be emailed to us. On receipt of this we will, at our discretion, arrange a refund or supply a replacement item.
If the goods appear to be damaged in transit :
Please contact us immediately. If possible sign for the goods as damaged.
We will request a photo of the damaged goods and outer packaging. On receipt of this we may ask for the goods to be returned to us at our expense.
We will arrange a refund of the purchase price on receipt of the photo and/or the damaged goods.
The above policy will in no way affect your statutory rights under consumer goods regulations.
